*Why is there a diagnostic fee? Running an Apple Diagnostics requires staff time and resources. The time usually ranges from 2 to 4 hours. Our Certified Technician checks hardware components such as the RAM, hard drive, power controller, logic board, battery, and other wireless modules. As well, we run software tests to check for system failures, viruses, errors, and the Operating System. Our goal is always to provide repairs that keep your Apple product running longer, rather than just a quick fix.
